The International One UP Primer is a single-pack primer/undercoat designed for use with International one-pack finishes, particularly above the waterline. It is easy to apply and provides an extra smooth finish, making DIY painting easier without compromising the quality of appearance or substrate protection. This product is compatible with International one-pack finishes like Toplac Plus and is recommended for use with lighter Toplac Plus colours.
